  • How do I sign up?

    Go to xpert.nervsuite.com/signup/register.aspx to sign up for NervSuite

  • How to create a new customer?

    You click on New customer. You can also import a list of your customers Click on settings and users and manage users.

  • How to upload my company logo?

    Click on settings and users and then upload a picture.

  • How do I pay for my subscription?

    There are two ways of making payments. You could make a direct transfer, or you go to Billings, then on the new page, you then click on Make Payments.

  • Can I upgrade my plan?

    Sure, you can upgrade.

  • What is message board? And how can I use it?

    It is a feature that allows your team to communicate on work updates using NervSuite.

  • What is customer ticket and how does it function?

    It is a way of keeping track of customers requests and complaints.

  • How can I set up promos for my customers?

    Click on Promo Offers. Click on Manage Promo. Then, select the type of Promo you want to set-up.

  • Can I change my company name?

    No, you can't.

  • How do I add a products to my online store?

    Click on My Online store, then click on manage store, then you can upload your product, pictures and then you publish your store.

  • How do I delete a product from my NervSuite Account?

    From Stock and Services, click on Stock Catalogue. Then on the page, look for the product you want to delete, then click on manage button, then you then click on the Delete button.

  • How do customers get to know my store online?

    When you create your store, a unique link to your Store is created for you. This link gives your customers a direct access to your Online Store. You can then use the Facebook Share button on the Manage Store page to share the link to your facebook page.

  • Can I add multiple products/services on an invoice?

    Yes. While creating an invoice,click on Add invoice to create invoice for another product.

  • How do I update my customer’s outstanding payment?

    Click on Sales Income, then click on Outstanding, click on customer update payment, and click on the Update button.

  • Where do I find my reports?

    Nervsuite comes with quick reports which gives you access to the reports of your business transactions.

  • Can I export my reports to my excel?

    Yes, you can.

  • Can I create an invoice for an out of stock product?

    No, you can't.

  • How do I track my expenses over a period?

    Click on Expenditures, and then click on the Quick Reports button.

  • How can I get my statement of account during a period of time?

    Click on Sales Income. Then click on Income Statement to generate a financial report.

  • Can I write-off a balance?

    Click on View Transactions for a customer and then click on the Update button. Click on write-off balance.

  • Can I create a quote?

    It follows the same pattern as creating an Invoice, but you click on Create A Quote to start.

  • Can I backdate a transaction on NervSuite?

    Create an invoice on the transaction made and edit service date.
